This s a BADASS workout i’m super proud of. This was my first class outdoors for the season and I did not feel like holding back. If your looking to give your clients a challenging workout they will never forget…this is the one. It will be a love/hate experience for your clients, but in the end they be thankful for you. I had text messages from clients later in the day thanking me for the amazing workout.
This entire bootcamp is done on the hillside. All drills are done on either a incline or decline, taking each exercise to a whole new level. It’s incredible how much even a slight incline or decline can intensify basic exercises.
All you need to teach this workout is 6 pylons and a hillside and it doesn’t matter what size hill you have. If you have a smaller hill, your clients will just be doing more reps. I rank this workout a 12/10 difficulty because of it’s non stop intensity level!
