This is a killer workout for all fitness levels. It’s the YINGYANG All-Levels Workout! It doesn’t matter if you have a professional athlete showing up or an absolute beginner, this workout a combination of compiund exercises with lots of cardio burst in between. The difficulty is completely up to how hard you can push each clients to go full out and leave nothing behind.
We did a quick Phase 1, since Phase 2 incorporates many of the exercises typically done in our AXFIT warm-ups + an additional 9 kick-ass exercises! Right from the of this workout my crew knew they were in for a fun night and absolutely amazing workout. It felt good to have an A-List workout in-store for them.
In Phase 3 we did the YINGYANG Circuit – the main event. I had two lightweight stations (YING) on one end and a heavyweight station (YANG) on the other end with a cardio burst in-between. I rocked their upper bodies, I rocked their lower bodies, then rocked the fat right off there bods with what seemed like an endless number of sprints. I didn’t let anyone slack, will you?
BOOT CAMP TRAINING GUIDES INCLUDE:
- BLUEPRINTS: Detailed instructions and step-by-step breakdown of the boot camp workout.

SNAPSHOT: A simplified version of the blueprints with a quick overview of workout instructions. The purpose is to provide a quick reference, printable copy, that has space for your own notes.
-
EXERCISE GLOSSARY: It’s funny how we have different names for the same exercises in different parts of the world. To avoid any confusion i’ve included a link to the Glossary of Exercises on the AXFIT youtube channel. Though, I recommend just watching the full uncut video.
-
FULL WORKOUT VIDEO: The full video essentially brings you along with me during every second of the workout. I decided to make this full-workout video to give you a first person experience of being in my AXFIT class and take all the guess work out of understanding and using this workout blueprint.
