OVER-PASS SPRINTS | Adrenaline Unleashed

 

We UnLeashed South Windsor this week,  the Christmas lights made it so much fun as we did windsprints down the roads, dodging cars and trees.  It was dark, as the days pass it seems to get even darker every class.  We hit up the Dougall over-pass that goes over E.C row expressway, wow a perfect place to do a relay race… going up and down on both sides was killer cardio.   Everyone was feeling it but just kept pushing through the burn in our legs and lungs.

Check out our vid from the night.  Funny we don’t get much footage anymore cause 90% of the time we are in the dark so until I have night vision we can’t share with you what we are doing.  Ha.. probably best that way anyways, we might be getting into trouble.  Haha
