Let’s get Shredded – Day 3 workout program
Today was Day 3 of my workout routine, I hit up a Back workout and I feel GREAT!! I love training my back, it’s crazy how strong our back’s actually are and it’s the best feeling after you give it a good lift. Below is my routine that I do on Day 3 in my week, I mis in some skipping or sprints on spot to add in a little cardio kick. The pushups and superman’s are important so don’t skip out on those.
Now make sure if your training hard you have to get the proper amount of food, I find more often then not that PEOPLE DON’T EAT ENOUGH FOOD!!! if your training hard and not getting enough food your body will eat away at your own muscle, then your really just defeating the purpose. So get eating.. just make sure its the right stuff.
Sleep is another huge factor in training our bodies, it is SOOO important to get the right amount of sleep, it will set up your whole day and give you the energy you need to workout. Read this quick post from CK on Sleep and why it’s so important!
In the video below I go over some back exercises that I do at the gym with dumbbells and a mat. Try them out, watch and then practice your form, having a strong back will prevent many injuries during your life time so get on it!!

My Quinoa Stir-fry was amazing last night, I always make extras when I make any recipe so that I can have it for lunch the next day or two. So I enjoyed this again today and it was even better. Funny how food is always better the second day!! I added almonds, hemp hearts and pumpkin seeds to this stir-fry with a little chilli sauce, olive oil and black pepper. I try to keep my food as simple as I can and enjoy the natural tastes of the food. This was so good, CK loved it too, I LOVE QUINOA a great change up from rice or noodles!!
