Boot Camp Inspiration: #VIBE



What’s your class VIBE?! When i’m talking about the VIBE I mean the atmosphere, environment, and overall “feel” of your classes. Feeling the VIBE is like a sixth sense we all have that works without us even knowing. Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt full of energy and positivity?

What type of VIBE do you want when clients come to your classes? How do you create a good vibe? In my classes I try to create a VIBE that is positive, energetic, welcoming, and supportive. I do this by encouraging my clients to be supportive of each other, by always complimenting and being positive myself, and by keeping the energy up with good music, conversation, and building friendships between clients. This week think about your VIBE and how you can create a positive atmosphere in your classes that keeps clients coming back!
