Under 10 min Ab workout – Adrenaline Extreme Fitness

I have posted today one of my favourite kind of ways to train my core. This is an older workout I posted at the beginning of the year but its a great one, so I want to share it again. The workout is under 10 mins and it kills the core and upper body in such little time. It’s a 20-10-10 rep workout; so 20 reps of a four point movement , then 10 reps of a plank drill then 10 reps of a pushup drill. Switching exercises each set. It’s fast its effective and you can even pair it up with a run or bike ride before or after, or after your workout at the gym.

- 20 rep- tucks
- 10 rep- plank knee to elbow touches
- 10 rep- shoulder pushups
- 20 rep- 4 point hops
- 10 rep- plank punches
- 10 rep- wide pushups
- 20 rep- Mt. Climbers
- 10 rep- plank shuffle
- 10 rep- pushup toe touch
- 20 rep- crunch squats
- 10 rep- shoulder plank suicides
- 10 rep- star pushups
- 20 rep- 4 point twist
- 10 rep- plank drops
- 10 rep- tri box pushups
