Workout Description:

This is my ultimate calorie burn bootcamp workout! Today were burning an insane amount of calories by working our clients bodies from head to toes…inside and outside. I’m targeting their core, arms, legs, and strategically mixing in intense cardio exercises to bring their heart rates up, then down, to burn calories and push them to their V02 MAX!!! After this workout your crew will be burning calories for the next 72 hours!

We kick off the workout with an in-depth, well-rounded warm-up, then get into a intense 50 minute Ultimate Calorie Burner drill. The way i’ve combo’d up each set in this drill makes each exercise even harder and more targeted towards building the specific muscle, shredding fat, and pushing their mental toughness to the limit.
