BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER

Workout Description: It’s always fun doing new workouts. This was an absolute first for me and I even had butterflies coming into the gym. It was exciting to give my crew something completely different and to keep them on their toes. I want my crew to be wondering each class when they walk in what I have in store for them for the house ahead. I designed this workout to feel like an obstacle course that clients can work through at their own pace. I combo’d the stations and exercises up in a way to maximize the burn and push them to the max! This is a perfect workout for all-levels since everyone can go at their own pace, which is critical in group fitness classes since you will always have your most advanced clients along with newbies. This is a must have workout in your artillery.
