Workout Description:

Watch out legs…i’m coming for you! In this workout I set my crosshairs on the biggest and most important muscle of our body…LEGS! This is an entire workout designed with the sole purpose of absolutely killing them. I designed each phase to take their legs on a journey down a painful road, leaving them feeling tender the next day. We kick off with some laughs and giggles in Phase 2’s paper-scissor-rock game, then get right down to business in Phase 3’s core and cardio blaster. The main event is Phase 4’s 10 second blitz where we do a strategically designed combination of leg exercises for 10 rounds back-2-back!
