My love for Adrenaline | Kristen Heaton [MYSTORY]

I want to share with you what I tell my friends.

For not being an active person most of my life, working out and going to the gym never seemed to be on the list of my priorities. Not because I didn’t want to do it, but mostly because I lacked motivation and I found the gym to be intimidating. I have had my fair share of gym memberships and a yoga membership. I loved yoga and everything it brought to my life, but I felt like I needed more. So I decided to give the gym another try and got a new membership.
After a year of going to the gym and standing around staring at complicated looking equipment and trying to mimic the exercises that people were doing, I got sick of it very fast. It took everything out of me to put on my runners and head to the gym. It turned out to be more of social outing than an actual workout.
I stumbled across Adrenaline through Facebook. Thank God for Facebook! I gave Danielle a call and she instantly motivated me to go out to a class. I had enjoyed going to classes before, mostly yoga classes where I felt comfortable, but I had not gone to many work out classes. Classes of any sort can be intimidating and when you don’t feel like you have any form or stamina while working out, it can be extremely intimidating.
I went to an Adrenaline class and instantly felt a connection with Danielle and the style of workout that she offered. It was challenging, but doable. I started going to classes twice a week and even got a few friends to join. Every class I went to I could see an improvement in my strength, my body and my endurance. Not only did I enjoy working out, but I also had fun while I was doing it. The motivation I got from Danielle is exactly what I needed at the time to give me the confidence to work out. She pushes you to the next level every class and my strength and endurance continues to build. I’ve realized that working out can be fun and it can result in changes, you just have to find what is right for you. For me, when I realized that the gym wasn’t for me, I found Adrenaline. I cannot thank Danielle and Adrenaline for everything it has brought to my life.
