Intense Core Workout [VIDEO]

Today’s Core workout is intense.. wow  You will feel this one and definitely find it a challenge.   Try to push through every rep , it’s a 30 count so its tough but you can do it, as soon as you lose your form take a quick rest and then continue .  Check it out and the breakdown is below for this Intense Core workout.

Workout Breakdown :
  • Bicycle Abs
  • Crunches
  • Leg raises
  • Left side v-sit then hold
  • Left little leg raises
  • Left side plank hold -20 under twist   -10 hold elbow to knee – 20hip raises 
  • Right side v-sit then hold
  • Right side little leg raises
  • Right Plank hold -20 under twist -10 hold elbow to knee  – 20 hip raises

  • V-sit raises
  • Little Scissors 
  • Plank hold
  • 20 rep knee to elbow
  • 20 Plank punches
  • 1 arm pushups (alternate)
  • right high side plank
  • pushups
  • left high side plank
  • Body rolls
  • Body roll and tucks
Wow.. that was intense.. but I bet your feeling great!  Modify anything that is to hard for you.
