How’s your form?

 

Ok so we are entering the busy season for fitness and working out, everyones getting motivated for the holidays, ending the year off on a good not and starting the new year with a bang. So it’s time to make sure you are doing proper form with your training?  As a trainer I can not stress this enough, some people think they are truly doing it right but its just all wrong.  You have to get in front of a mirror and watch, thats why gyms have them everywhere, no…those mirrors are not just to check out hotties in.  Your neck and back are a little more important then that ass in lululemon. Ha

Check out this link here,  these clips are short and can save aspects of your life.  😀  My exercise tutorials will give you so great tips, one wrong turn or pull and you can be messed with, everything could go to a hault with your fitness, sport or just everyday events.  So take this seriously when I say “check yo’ self before you reck yo’ self”.  Even you big heavy weight lifters, I’ve seen many of you in my 16 years at the gym squatting weight triple your weight wrong with knee braces on both knees and in pain.

So set a new goals this month to do a double check on your form, with my videos and others on youtube, find what your doing in your training on the net and check yourself out in the mirror or ask a friend.  For you you guys spotting your friends out there in the gym, watch their form in each lift their about to take and correct it right away.  I’ve come across to many adults coming to me telling me they hurt them self in the gym or at home cleaning etc.  Even when your at home doing yard work – BACK STRAIGHT, CORE TIGHT… bend at the knees with butt back.
