Squat Challenge | Everyday for 7 days [#FITWEEK]
This week’s #FitWeek challenge is all about your legs & butt!
So you will wall squat for 1 minute straight then get off the wall and jump right into Power Squats for 1 minute. No rest in between them, I mean it’s only 2 minutes so suck it up and make it happen. If you don’t have a stop watch just watch the clock or count it out in your head. In the minute of power squats you should be able to hit 45-60 squats easy.
Do this everyday for the next 7 days, it’s these little “extras” like this challenge here that will get you to your goals by adding motivation and pride to your day. That perfect ass you want won’t happen by just dreaming about it, you have to earn it.
