Spring is Here – Get Motivated baby!!
Hey guys, SPRING is here, it’s a new season so I say set some NEW GOALS. I want you to grab a piece of paper right now and a pen, there’s got to be one next to your computer here.. come on just do it. OK now write down 3 goals, they can be goals for anything in life not just fitness. Now at the bottom write a date down that you think you can accomplish these goals by or write a due date down for each. Now I want you to stick this up somewhere you will see it everyday, even 10 times a day.
When you see it, it will help you accomplish it, it’s a proven fact!! If your really keen on getting after things in life then every morning when you wake up grab a scrap piece of paper and write these goals down.. and keep doing it every morning until they are accomplished. As one is accomplished write a new goal in its place. Everytime you see anything you can write on write them. A napkin at the bar, an old envelope, anything, write them down as often as you can.
The act of putting pen to paper turns your thoughts into something tangible. You can SEE it, your brain process it and you get excited about it, when your goals are repeatedly re-written they will have maximum impact on you. When they are written down they are no longer just a thought. It will create this gut feeling in you and give you more motivation to get after it then anything. There’s something special about the feeling you get when your setting and writing your goals down, this life is here for you to do whatever you like. Let’s make it the best you can!
Ok now your goals are written you just gave life to them, making them a force that cannot be easily stopped. It’s time to get after it, stop just thinking about it or dreaming about it or even telling a friend your gonna do it and JUST DO IT!!
