BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER

Workout Description:

This is my TRUE GRIT Explosive Strength Bootcamp. What is GRIT? By definition it’s perseverance of effort combined with the passion for a particular long-term goal or end state. I can’t think of a better name for this workout. When your crew applies their GRIT to this workout they will be feeling it! In Phase 3 we combine all out sprints with heavy weights to build up power, endurance, and explosive strength. I love these types of workouts. They push you to the limits mentally and physically.

Be sure to motivate your crew on this one. The workout will only be as good as they make and push themselves. Have fun with this one, let me know how it goes! @axfit instagram
