Workout Description:

This is my renegade free moving circuit workout! This workout is AWESOME…it’s pure RENEGADE..it’s purely UNIQUE! It’s an intense fat burning 60 minute workout that mixes in intense sprints, functional bodyweight drills, and a wild full body “free moving” circuit that will have clients pushing to their absolute max.

In the free moving circuit we have 2 rounds. In round one we do bodyweight exercises in the corners with some wild renegade style exercises in-between. For round 2, we have clients grab a set of light to medium dumbbells that they carry with them for the entire round to every station.
