Workout Description:

Welcome to the RUTHLESS Strength and Cardio Bootcamp Workout!!! Hehehehe This workout is absolutely RUTHLESS and your clients will definitely have a “I Loved/Hated today’s workout” thing going on! Motivate them hard to the end and they will be sure to walk out your doors feeling empowered and confident they are getting the best workout experience around.

In today’s workout we shake things up. First we change up the warm-up by doing a whirlpool formation and kick off Phase 2 with 6 minutes of Core/Ab Combo’s! Starting a workout with abs/core is a RUTHLESS way to increase difficulty of the entire workout ahead. In Phase 3 we do a killer Strength + Cardio COMBO’s that will leave everyone sore for day. ***Remember – encourage clients to challenge themselves with their dumbbell weight. This is a STRENGTH workout and they can always drop to lighter weights mid-set if needed.
