BOOT CAMP TRAINERS GUIDE: ” INTENSE TORNADO BOOT CAMP CIRCUIT “

Workout Description: This workout is killer right from the start. We kick things off with a 7 minute warm-up on the move, then transition right into a 13 minute intense on-spot workout. The on-spot exercises focus on cardio, endurance, agility, and lower body. Wow, these first 2 phases set your clients up for a challenging Phase 3 & 4.

Phase 3, “the main event”, is the Tornado circuit! This is one of my favourite circuits i’ve done in a long time. The tornado circuit is a continuously running moving circuit that pushes clients through a variety of challenging, yet fun exercises. The circuit includes cardio, strength, power, and body toning exercise. I had such amazing feedback from clients after this circuit.

This workout can be done absolutely anywhere and with no equipment, but i do recommend adding in dumbbells if you have them. I hope you enjoy this workout as much as me and my crew did. Have fun!
