BOOT CAMP TRAINERS GUIDE: CARDIO SHREDDER! BOOT CAMP WORKOUT
Workout Description: Today’s workout is absolutely insane cardio training. It’s a no equipment necessary, no excuses, no fluff, cardio shredder! Tell your clients to get ready for a lot of sweat and maybe even some puke. I love the style of training in this workout. Its raw and to the point. I’ve used simple exercises that when combined challenge and build cardio of clients at all fitness levels.
We kick things off with a warm up different from anything we have done before. This lets clients know I mean business right from the start. Next we get into “Cardio Tag” where clients are pushed to their limits for 2 straight minutes of a partner cardio exercises right after exhausting their body with strategically chosen full body exercises. In Phase 3 “Shredder Suicides” I introduce another killer cardio drill, which also focused on endurance, agility, and speed. To conclude this cardio buffet I included another cardio drill in Phase 4 to finish…good luck!

BOOT CAMP TRAINING GUIDES:
AXFIT Boot Camp Training Guides are detailed instructions and step-by-step breakdown AXFIT workouts. In the AXFIT Training Guides you will notice that all workouts are broken down into Phases, which are individual sections of a workout.
All boot camp training guides include 4 parts: “Blueprints”, “Snapshot”, “Glossary of Exercises, and a “Full-Workout Video”.
- BLUEPRINTS: Detailed instructions and step-by-step breakdown of the boot camp workout.
SNAPSHOT: A simplified version of the blueprints with a quick overview of workout instructions. The purpose is to provide a quick reference, printable copy, that has space for your own notes.
EXERCISE GLOSSARY: It’s funny how we have different names for the same exercises in different parts of the world. To avoid any confusion i’ve included a link to the Glossary of Exercises on the AXFIT youtube channel. Though, I recommend just watching the full uncut video.
FULL WORKOUT VIDEO: The full video essentially brings you along with me during every second of the workout. I decided to make this full-workout video to give you a first person experience of being in my AXFIT class and take all the guess work out of understanding and using this workout blueprint.
