Equipment: Exercise Mats, Light Dumbbells, Mix of Medium-Heavy Dumbbells.*I recommend offering a mix medium-heavy dumbbells in phase 5 / station 1 for clients to choose from themselves depending on fitness level. Determine number of spots at each station by dividing the # of clients in your class by the #  of stations. Ex. 30 clients / 2 stations = 15 spots per station.

Workout Description:

As you can guess by the name of this advanced workout; it will leave your clients SORE FOR DAYS…and yes, they will love it – it’s the good kind of sore! This workout went viral with my crew on our group chat. It’s a true full-body workout experience that can be done in any space and will leave even your most advanced clients sore for days.

We have drills using light weights, heavy weights, and no weights that shock our clients bodies in different ways. Exercises throughout this workout are designed to build muscle, strengthen abs/core, endurance, stamina, power, and agility. It’s hard to believe this madness is all packed into 1 hour. If your bootcamp is outdoors or you don’t have dumbbells for Phase 5, no problem, you can do the exercises without them!
