Workout Description:

This is an incredibly fun, interactive, and intense workout that will PUSH your clients to their full potential. I love this workout because it can be done in a small space, with or without equipment, and most of all because it builds camaraderie between clients.

If you don’t have weights, no worries, I have included modifications for all exercises that are written with weights. Just make sure to push your clients to their maximum level with their power drills if they don’t have the weights to increase the intensity. Your clients will feel this workout from start to finish it’s definitely a workout that will leave them feeling worked and impressed by you.
