Workout Description:

This is our first ever AXFIT Feature Workout! This workout was filmed with the amazing Long Beach Bootcamp in California owned by Karolina Soltani!

In Phase 4, the Long Beach Twister is so different in the way the layout is that it really takes your clients by surprise. Every time I do this style of circuit with my crew they love it and enjoy working at their own pace. This workout targets your whole body with all the different combos I put together here. After our basic warm-up we did Karolina’s  fun team bonding drill. Long Beach Bootcamp is all about MAKING FITNESS FUN and that’s exactly what this workout was all about. was.

This workout can be done inside or outside and you can add in equipment in the future to make it more intense or hit it up on a hill side to really give them a bang for their buck. Hope you enjoy this one, let me know how it goes!
