|Equipment: Exercise Mats, 4 Pylons, Light Dumbbells, Mix of Medium-Heavy Dumbbells.*I recommend offering a mix medium-heavy dumbbells in phase 3 / station 1 for clients to choose from themselves depending on fitness level. Determine number of equipment at each station by dividing the # of clients in your class by the # of stations. Ex. 20 clients / 4 stations = *minimum* 5 spots per station. **Because clients go through Phase 3 at there own pace, to prevent a back-up, put our extra equipment at each station!|

I’m super stoked to share this workout with you! My inner workout artist definitely came out on this one. Clients will be shocked by the high intensity level right from the start and will have tonnes of fun doing the new bullseye circuit.
In Phase 1 & 2, we focus on abs & core. A strong core is like body armour that protects your clients from injury. Anytime we do heavy weights in a class its important to get their abs and core activated first. I’ve always said…build a strong core and greatness will build outwards! In Phase 3, we do the 4-Station Bullseye circuit! This was a lot of fun. We have 3 different rounds where clients do a station, then must do the “bullseye” exercise at the centre of the workout area before moving onto the next station. I have even more challenges in this phase you will get to see ;).
