Equipment: Medium Dumbbells, Light Dumbbells, Stability Balls (recommended, not required), Exercise Mats (recommended, not required)
Each client will need their own set of light or medium dumbbells in Phase 2 – Part 1. For Phase 2 – Part 2 determine the number of light dumbbells and stability ball you need at Station 1 & 3 by dividing the number in your class by the 3 stations (Example: 20 clients / 3 stations = 7 stability balls at station 1 and 7 light dumbbells at station 3)

I stopped at nothing in the Full Throttle HIIT Circuit to make sure I delivered a energetic, powerful, fat burning workout, packed with killer exercises! This workout is fun, I introduced new exercises and tweaked some older ones to keep everyone on their toes. HIIT workouts spike heart rates, get metabolisms burning calories all day, create muscle confusion, and really kicks clients into high gear!
In Phase 2 we did the Full Throttle HIIT Circuit. I teamed this bad boy up with an abs circuit. On the first side of the gym we rocked 3 rounds of 4 different on-spot exercises. Between these rounds we headed over to the other side of the gym to work through a 3 station ab/core circuit.
Clients did not know what they were in for…they were up high, they were down low, they were doing pulses, they were doing jumps, they were getting a full body experience!
