This is a phase 4 workout to finish off your session with a real burn. Do this with your crew or on your own. If your training alone try this workout 3 times a week for 4 weeks and see how you improve and the cute you will notice in your arms and core. Doing these drills SLOOOOW will change things up from a regular routine and shock your body and muscles. This keeps things fresh with your training and challenges the body in a new way.
