Workout Description:

This workout is different and unique…AND best of all – has no equipment. Anytime I walk into the gym and reveal to my crew there is going to be no equipment and not much set-up for the hour workout ahead, they get very worried! No equipment workouts are refreshing, raw, and and as trainers keeps our skills on-point!

It’s challenging as a group trainer to build a challenging, yet engaging 1 hour workout with no equipment that targets full-body and gets results. We often rely too much on our equipment and get stuck doing the same exercises and drill formats. That’s why i’m MEGA STOKED about this Deadly Whirlpool Workout! It’s a fast-paced, unique, and very intense workout that will get your crew’s adrenaline pumping and muscles sore the next day.
