The Crazy 8 Circuit!!! Do this workout in a small indoor or a large outdoor space. This workout is cardio driven, from start to finish they are on the move.
In Phase 1 we set the tone for the workout ahead. We do a variety of back-forth exercises between 2 pylons with hard sprints back. It’s critical that when putting your clients through demanding workout like the crazy 8 circuit they have a proper warm-up. Phase 2 is a quick core crusher! Everyone loves shredding their abs.
In The Crazy 8 Circuit there we use the 4 corners of our workout space to set up our stations with killer exercises. Clients sprint from station to station in a figure 8 pattern to see how many times they could get through in the 10 minute rounds. I wanted clients keeling over, have their arms shaking, and I wanted them feeling the stations 10x more after the hard sprints.
