Jungle Gym Workouts

Keep things fresh for that Body for yours!!

Your running by or through the park.. or hanging wiht your kids or dog at the park.. well next time this is the case stop and use those monkey bars!! They are a great tool to do chin ups, hanging leg raise, core drills, etc.. just get creative.   Some parks have incredible set ups to workout on, if there’s some bars that are low enough you can grab on and do some reverse pull ups for your back ,  or if you have your own set of TRX straps then pack them along with ya.  Jungle Gym Workouts are so fun..  we have parks all over our neighbourhood’s you could build your walk or run based on these parks and add exercises to your session.  If you get to a park and there’s no jungle gym and maybe only a bench well thats a perfect place to do some dips or step up’s , do 30 sec. of each rotating from one exercise to the other for 3-6 rounds and by the time  you get home from that walk/run you will not only have worked your cardio but your legs and arms will have a great burn too.  We have to keep our bodies fresh.. they get bored of the same things, and if you have goals set and you really what some results in your life you have to step it up baby!!!

Get creative… think outside the box and let’s take over these jungle gyms.. the kids have had them long enough!!
