Full Body Blast Workout Video
Dedicating this workout ot all the “Brides-to-Be” out there!!
This workout is under 20 mins long and will get your whole body pumping and feeling great, it’s incredible how fast you can get your heart rate up and your muscles burning. Ok so try this one out today.. what do you have to lose? Let me know how you do and how you felt after!! remember to get low on those squats, lunges pushups.. no point in doing it if your only going to go half ass. Ok so push through it.. those cardio sets giver er’ all you got!

Try this workout 2-3 times a week for the next 3 weeks and then i will post another one for you. Stay motivated and push your limits every workout!!

Here’s the breakdown of it.
3 Combos of 4 exercises in each combo, perform each exercise for 20 reps, some are only a 10 rep set… but kick it out real hard right through each drill. WE are doing each Combo twice with a little break in between each combo. Let’s do this Junkies!!!
Combo #1:
- Ladder
- In/out power squats
- Shoulder Pushups
- 4 point twist
Combo # 2:
- Shuffle Touches
- Power Lunges
- Plank push ups
- 4 point hops
Combo’s #3
- Burpies
- Squat-lunges
- Triceps Pushups
- Tucks
Bridge Drills on your mat for your glutes then hit up the Abs with me, then after all that finish in a wall squat and hold it for as long as you can in proper form. If your not a fan of doing this at home or you don’t have the room for it take the workout breakdown with you outside or to the gym!!
