Adrenaline Warm Up Video

Get that Body warmed up to prevent injuries and strains.

 

Ok Junkies, so hit up this warm up video before any of my workouts.. its what I do before I film a video for you or at the gym or even before i go for a run.  Once you have a good idea of what to do you can just do it on your own quick.  Just get that body moving and your blood flowing, this will help prevent any pulls, strains or injuries during your workout.  After your workout or run do some stretches that you hold for 30-40 seconds each.

Perform each drill for 30 seconds or so .

  • Jog on spot
  • Jumping Jacks
  • Skaters
  • High Knees
  • Butt kicks
  • Hamstring kick backs
  • Leg Swings
  • Squat Streches
  • Light power squats
  • Leg stretch forward and lean back (stretches hip flexors)
  • Swing arms, move body around then LET’S GO!!!
