#FitWeek – Core Video Challenge
This week’s #FitWeek Challenge is a Core Video Challenge – to hit up 1 of these 3 core workout videos a day for the next 7 days. These 3 vids are a few of my favourite ways to train my core and find I have my best results with my body when I’m training it everyday. Now if your not one to sit down and follow these videos along with me then just make sure to do about 8 min. of abs a day everyday this week. However these 3 routines are super fast and very efficient.
The core pyramid burns those abs real fast, then the fast/slow ab workout is real intense, you do a series of ab drills first fast then the same move really really slow. So the switch up keeps your muscles guessing giving you ultimate results. The last one there is an extreme ab workout using light weights, so push through that one and if you don’t have weights at home grab up some soup cans or water bottles.
Alright if you absolutely can’t set under 10 minutes aside each day to train your core with these videos then at least try to do each one of these videos by the end of the week. You might learn some new moves along the way and trust me your core will love you for all this attention your giving it. That stomach you want won’t happen on its own you have to train it everyday.
