I designed AXFIT Phases to be workouts you can do yourself or use with your class (if your a trainer).  If you have used our full trainers guides you know AXFIT Training Style workouts are made up of phases, typically a warm up (Phase 1), a builder (Phase 3), the meat and potatoes (Phase 4), and then a finisher (Phase 4).

With AXFIT Phases you can use just individual phases or pick and choose different phases to get inspiration and create your own custom workouts!

  • BLUEPRINTS: Detailed instructions and step-by-step breakdown of the boot camp workout.
  • SNAPSHOT: A simplified version of the blueprints with a quick overview of workout instructions. A quick reference, printable copy, that has space for your own notes.
