Atomic Ab Blast [VIDEO]

This Atomic Ab Blast workout ROCKS!!!

It goes from an upper ab drill to lower then with a twist... jump up on your feet and spike that heart rate with a quick cardio blast then back down on the mat for more.  I love training this way, it’s the most effective for your core transformation and seeing results fast.   The cardio parts are important so make sure you really giver all ya got for the 30 sec interval.   I find training at home in front of a mirror is sometimes really helpful because you can watch your form and see what your doing.  Push yourself and follow along with me guys.  Don’t quit…just push through.,..  If you have to modify somethings then thats fine , but just give it everything you got!!

Workout Breakdown:

4 drills in each round – 30 seconds of each exercise.

Set 1:

  • Upper Ab –  1 leg straight crunch.
  • Lower  Ab –  Down and out leg raises
  • Full Ab –  V-sit twist
  • Cardio – Ladder
Set 2:
  • Upper Ab –   Core Straight body circles  (lean back..where it burns)
  • Lower Ab –   Leg Straight body circles
  • Full Ab – Straigh twist  ( small twist feel it full body..focus)
  • Cardio – Burpies
Set 3:
  • Upper Ab – Cross touches  (oposites)
  • Lower Ab – Write that name with your feet. (hands under butt protect back)
  • Full Ab – Bicycle Ab twist
  • Cardio :  Tucks  ( in to chest baby.. 2 feet each jump)

  • Straight Plank
  • 4. point hops
  • supermans
  • pushups

Awesome!  This is a great 10 min workout.. your heart rate will be going and your core will burn.. it really makes you feel good inside out.  I feel more confident all day after some core training, it puts a little skip in your step if you ask me.. ha

Oh and you big guys.. this is great for you too.. your only as strong as your core is..  after that only greatness can be build outward.
