So I had to share with you a product I came across a few weeks ago. Now I am not saying run out and buy it.. because I am very far from a skin specialist.. but I will tell you my skin has never felt so amazing.
So I went into LUSH at the mall, which is rare for me since the smell in their is insanely strong..lol and just picked up this product, asked the lady about it and she gave me the break down. So I thought why not.. you only need a pea size and she said it could last up to 3 months if I use it right so why not. Wow.. It’s so fresh and raw and the lavender in it is amazing. For the past 2 years I have only used DOVE.. which I love and had no real issues with but just have always wanted to use something more natural. Thats why I walked in that day.. don’t like the idea of these long words that i have no idea what they mean in my DOVE soap. So here I am a few weeks into ” Angels on Bare Skin” and my skin feels soooo soft.. actually the softest I have ever felt it and I even noticed when I was putting some concealer on that I didnt need much at all.. I am feeling pretty confident with the way my skin looks without it.
How I use it: Take only a pea size in my palm and add a little water and make a paste out of it in my palm.. then just scrub it all over my face. I even go over my eye lids and everything.. it doesn’t burn my eyes or nothing. After I wash it off with warm water, my skin feels so fresh almost like I don’t even need lotion after.
So my skin type I would say is kind of dry… like I need face lotion morning and night. So is this product good for someone who has oily skin or who irritates easily.. well i am not sure. Like any face product ..unfortunitly its kind of a trial and error base. I bought $18 worth with out really trying which Im not sure why i did that, luckily I love it.. but if this was something you want to try I would suggest buying a smaller amount to try it first and then if your skin likes it get a batch of it like I did.
With that crushed almonds in it and lavender seeds…it’s a soft exfoliant so it does’t strip to much but you definitely feel way cleaner.. the lavender seeds I love and the texture of it is really cool almost like a dough.
So thats a product I personally love and if you try it out let us know and give us your review.
I posted a video below on how its made.. the guys a little funny but give you idea on how its mixed and rolled:
