Adrenaline UnLeashed [VIDEO]

WOW… last nights UnLeashed class was so amazing! To be on the river front like that with the sun setting and all the city lights on both side of the river was unreal.  These Adrenaline Junkies worked it in pairs having to carry a tire between the two of them for the whole hour and a half workout.  The Urban beach in Windsor is one of my favourite places to train, with all the stairs and steps it just adds to the intensity of the training.   Check out our video from last nights killer workout.
