Love this workout and this style of training is a definite shock to your body.  Doing the reps at a regular speed then doing them again but super slow is really awesome and shit does it ever burn.  Try this one out today..  jump off your computer for a quick 8 min core workout right now, it’s under 8 mins and you will feel the burn and feel happy that you did it.  These workouts are quick and efficient especially when your a busy person on the go a lot.  But you must make time for fitness in your life so take a break and try this workout with me.
