4 Minute Warm-Upย Pre Workout Warm-Up

Here is a warm-up to try out before working out. This is my personal warm-up. Having your muscles warmed up will help prevent injury and also get more out of your workouts. When the core is strong and engaged you will be ready for anything.

4 Minute Warm-Up

  • Weighted Arm Rotations x 5 per arm
  • Weighted Squats x 10
  • Weighted Front Raises x5 per arm
  • Weighted Bi-Curls x15 per arm
  • Rotator Cuffs x5 per arm
  • Weighted Rear Fly x5
  • Deadlift x10
  • Push-ups x 25

If it was possible here I would have done some hanging Ab raises, which is a great warm-up exercise.
