You are what You Eat!!! [MY FOOD LOG]

I LOVE TO EAT!!!!!

As we all do.. it’s just what we chose to eat and chose not to eat.  I believe that more people don’t eat enough food and that is a problem, you wanna lose weight or gain muscle you have to eat!!!  All meals are important and you have to fit those raw veggies and fruits in everyday.

Here’s a pic of what I ate for lunch yesterday.  I eat salmon about 1-2 times a week for lunch, I always pair it up with greens and raw veggies.  So here it’s with a green salad and radishes. Other days I have it over a bag of sauteed spinach or broccoli and with a side of carrots or tomatoes.  You can pack a lunch like this pretty easy to take with you to work and it will give you great energy for the rest of your day.  HEY…Especially if your working out after work and you aren’t eating dinner until you get home…. then you want to get a great lunch in and lots of water. This is so important.. you go out of your way to show up to class or the gym and if your not properly fuelled then whats the point of showing up??  You want to give it your all and get the most out of your workout.. SO MAKE SURE TO PREPARE YOUR BODY.. and it will give you a great performance in return.

I buy a bag of radishes every week, clean them up and keep them in a tupperwear with a few drops of water to keep them fresh.  Especially during the ‘cold and flu’ season these little red devils are a great way to help keep away nasty bugs that are going around.   I eat 2-3 a day and love them, and their cheap to buy and hold in your fridge all week.  Google the health benefits of a radish you will be surprised in all that this root veggie does for us!!!

Here’s my salmon lunch from last week, love it with avocado and salad with radish, cranberries and sliced almonds. Yummmy.. I’m hungry!!
