Windsor Spitfire training

It was a great training session this morning with the Windsor Spitfires.. because of the rain we trained in the bowl at the rink. We did a great circuit, some core training and finished with some relay races! The guys are it top shape and ready for the season to begin….they have been working real hard on and off the ice all summer.  It’s been great  having Adam Henrique, Harry young, Kenny Ryan and a few other vets train with us this summer, always nice to see them when they are home.  I know the boys like having them around too, it just adds to motivation at the rink.

I’m getting really excited for the season to begin, we got a great team this year and Im really excited to get to the games and cheer them on.  Training camp is next Sunday/ Monday then exhibition games are on the way.
