Upper Body Slow Motion Workout!!
SLOOOOOW MOTION …
ok So this workout is under 6 minutes. EVERYTHING you do you do it super slow. I can’t stress it enough. Like I said in the video it’s the kind of thing I do to warm up at the gym or finish with at the gym but you can also just do it right at home to switch things up in your workout routines and trick those muscles. See our muscles get use to the same movements so we have to keep it fresh for them. Now after watching this you can follow a long with me or just really grab some light weights and move your arms in all the ways you know.. just do it SLOW. you will be surprised how fast they burn.

- rotators with hold
- hold half way

- bi hold half way

Now those are the drills I did in this video, but there are so many more so just think outside the box and just move.
