Unleashing all fears | Girl caught on fence [CLIP]

Gotta love it when you catch this stuff on the GoPro.

We had a killer class that night.. and when Fillion got caught on the fence and we caught it on camera..haha I just had to share it with you all.  Besides shes a good sport and told me to share it..lol .  This women is amazing her and Dombroski kick it up with me 3-4 times a week, these girls are dedicated and push their max every freakin class.  They sprint  with every fiber of muscle and never quit, they bring their game and it only motivates everyone around them.  I want to thank you girls for being a part of Adrenaline, you truly add to the workout.

Junkies.. enjoy this clip.. it’s pretty funny  even though it was a 20-25 foot steep ledge down from this damn fence.  Way to hold it together girl, your upper body saved  you! 😀
