Tighten that Tummy workout [VIDEO]

This workout felt amazing and if you really focus on your core and each movement you are making you will feel the burn for days. Every pushup, crunch and plank hold counts when your training and if you quit every time it gets a bit tough you wont get the results you want and it makes it much harder to reach that goal you have set.
