I’m so happy to be a part of such an amazing community and I am looking forward to contributing with my blog: www.urbanfitz.blogspot.com I am an active bikini and fitness competitor with the WBFF and published fitness model. I love training and have a very active lifestyle and live by the motto “train mean and eat clean”. I have a busy corporate career in Toronto and spend a lot of my blog time talking about competing and finding “balance” in life.
