Spice up that gym routine!! [VIDEO]
Change is Good!!
So your off to the gym and you aren’t even thinking about what your going to do because your stuck in doing the same old circuit routine. You know those machines they place in a long line that you just work your way down doing 10-12 reps and 3 sets after a little cardio on the treadmill. oh my gosh.. Im almost falling asleep just typing about it… your body is feeling the same. Yes this is a GREAT routine when your new to the gym and yes you did lose 8-12 lbs doing this at one time.. but if its been months or years and your still doing it.. zzzzzzzzzzzz… your body is bored of it, trust me. Just like our bodies mentally need to keep things fresh and exciting in life our muscles do too. I bet those lbs have stopped coming off.. or your body has plateaued from whatever your goals are!!
It’s time to spice up that gym routine already… you know what?? Now if your not sure of what to do outside of those machines then even start with continuing to do that circuit but add in some new drills in between each machine. By doing this you have really an endless amount of ways you can keep things fresh!!

Workout Mat:
- plank drills
- ab drills
- supermans
- pushups
Bosu Ball:
- squats
- lunges
- quick feet
- planks
- pushups
- burpies
Cardio Burst: (get that heart rate up man!!)
- jumping jacks
- burpies
- sprints on spot
- power lunges
- power squats
- skipping
- ladders
- mt. climbers
Light weights:
- bi curls
- shoulder drills
- ab drills
- squats with little punches
- wall squats
I really could go on and on here.. just think outside your box.. add in drills that are going to give you a challenge and make you sweat, get that heart rate up and feel it baby.. what are you there for???
