Shoulder Shredder [VIDEO]

 This Shoulder Shredder workout is awesome!! 

I felt the burn 3 mins in and stayed with me for hours after, funny how a 10 min workout like that can really boost my ego and make me feel better about my self mentally and physically.   It’s important to hit the weights too, our bones need that heavy weight training, however I can personally say that I get the most toned.. shredded arms and core from body weight drills like this workout.  set your timer for 3-5-10 mins and just work it.  Get creative, twist , turn it’s so easy to think up some new moves using your body weight.  So as the timer runs just keep moving, burning and fighting through mentally to not touch down with your knees or give up.  That’s when your results come into play.. when its the hardest and you want to quit .. but you don’t!

Workout Breakdown:

No timer  again today junkies, if your not following a long with me on this one and just take the break down to the gym then just hit up these drills 10-15-20 reps of each.. 20-30-40 sec. holds.. whatever have fun with it and just push out everything you got. 

– Plank hold

  • 1 arm pushups (alternating)
  • hold one side and give me 10 in a row – other side
  • spider pushups (1 arm and 1 leg out from plank and pushup) alternating
  • hold one side and give me 5 then hold it low for 5 sec.  – other side
– Plank walk ups to  with hands from feet to plank (fast as you can go)
  • 4 point holds (different angles)
  • shoulder pushups – hold last one down and pulse then bust out a few more
Plank walks left to right (the width of your mat)
  • side plank holds  -other side
  • Power plank to pushups
  • Wide pushups
  • plank drops
  • plank punches
  • 30 pushups to finish
