finding what needs… a little attention
I thought.. you could listen to the sick track below well you read this blog.. 😀 I love Lights.. she’s from Toronto.So are you really setting goals? We talk about it a lot… I preach it to you in class and in videos.. but are you really doing it?
If you think about it.. it’s really a pretty easy thing to do.. setting the goal is the easiest part.. it’s all the work that goes into it. But we all know how damn good it feels to conquer it!! To me that’s one of the best feelings, because in life if your not thankful for all that you are and have enough to set goals to self improve constantly … then why the heck are you here? It’s an amazing.. wonderful miracle to be here… on this planet in this galaxy amongst billions of galaxies. Did you know they are constantly finding more and more planets … wow.. these outragiouse things in outer space everyday. I am in awe by this and for us to get down and low and have no ambition to self improve.. it’s freaking crazy.
Look I say give it a shot anyways.. if your not one to set goals often.. try it. even a small one. We are the only ones that know “us” best.. feel our own pains.. dreams.. nightmares.. So find something in your life right now that you need to “give a little attention” too and JUST DO IT! It can be about anything.. to talk less negative about people, stop drinkning a 2L of coca-cola a day…, maybe start walking..running just a little bit more each week. . visit grandma more.. honesty.. passion. whatever it is IT’s a goal.
Ok.. so maybe you already have something in mind…a goal thats been in the floatings to get started on..or you just thought of one while reading this and its pondering away in your brain.. . so now GO DO IT… just do it in steps.. and do it right.
One of my biggest goals I always have said to myself for as long as I can remember is ~ to always be thankful.. that’s it… a pretty easy one.
Now I’m not trying to preach by all means.. I have many faults.and things I want to improve everyday… but this blog to me is everything from my heart, and I just have a hard time sharing only the fitness side of me. I love motivating.. in all aspects. So take it or leave it.. or just plain out don’t read my shit.. lol.. ha, jk! So that’s my heartfelt write to you and I hope you have an amazing, blessed day and make everyone you cross paths with smile!!
Oh and write down that goal.. or type it and save it in your phone.. I feel it helps make it more concrete for people. 😀
