This Rock Hard Core Workout is killer and it’s under 15mins!

I love training with a step or stool, it really kicks a workout up big time and it keeps things fresh for you and your muscles.   It will hit up some new muscles by using the stool, the different level gives your core an extra kick.  Grab a stool or use the bottom of your stair well and try this one with me.  It’s a full body workout… some cardio, legs, arms and core all under 15 min. Start with a little warm up.. have some water close and let’s do this!!!

It’s that time of year.. shopping, eating at the mall, friends houses, maybe potlucks at work. If you don’t stop and find time for your fitness it will catch up to you and only make it that much harder in the new year!
