Quick Gym Combo [TUTORIAL]

Here’s a quick combo that you can do right at home or add it into your gym routine.  It’s only 3 different exercises a minute of each and go through the set 3-4 times.  Wall squats burn like hell, you can add them into your workout anytime, say after you use the leg press or leg curl machine at the gym then instead of just sitting there for a few minutes or chatting it up with a buddy.. get on the closes wall and do a wall squat for 1 min.  Keep things fresh always keep those muscles guessing.   Quick feet can be done against any hight and object; a staircase, stool or chair at home. In the gym there’s many options you can even hit them up well your on a run outside by using a bench, ledge or tree stump. lol  Get creative and change things up in your routine ALWAYS.  Your body will love you for it.
