Equipment: 6 Pylons, Exercise Mats, Light Dumbbells, Medium Dumbbells, Heavy Dumbbells, BOSU Ball, Medicine Ball, Bench or Step, or BOX
***if you don’t have any other this equipment, you can make modifications
For the circuit in phase 3 determine the amount of equipment you need at each station by dividing the number of clients in your class by the 5 stations. (Example: 20 clients / 5 stations = 4 pieces of equipment at each station with clients spread out equally into groups of 4 at each station)
