DESCRIPTION:

Workout Categories: All Terrain + Full Body + Abs/Core + Cardio + Fat Burn + Team

Terrain: All-Terrain (indoor, outdoor, hill, beach, etc)

Equipment: 

Equipment Choice 1: I used Tires but you can modify with dumbbells, sandbags, etc… or with no equipment at all). You would need enough for 1/4 of your class.

Equipment Choice 2: I used Resistance Rubber Loop Bands, but you can modify with dumbbells, weighted vest, or no equipment at all. You would need enough for 1/2 of your class.

Required Equipment: 4 Pylons (modification suggestions: water bottle, towel…whatever works, doesn’t have to be fancy!

BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER

Workout Description:

I did this workout on a hill, but it is designed be done anywhere! I used loop resistance bands and tires, but you can substitute with anything. That’s the theme of today’s workout – an adaptive, versatile, all-around workout that can be done on any terrain and with any equipment! My goal today is to inspire your inner workout artist. Remember that with 99% of AXFIT workouts all it takes is a slight adjustment to reuse them over and over without seeming stale to your clients. With the option to switch up the equipment, the terrain, or certain exercises, there are endless possibilities.

So in today’s workout we have one of my favourite all-around full body workouts, which includes all the classic elements of a kick-ass bootcamp. Not only do we maximize fat-burning cardio drills, work our abs/core, apply effective team drills, but we finish off with meditation to create a true mind-body connection and rememberable experience for your clients.
